"Stopped in for our first time tonight! I was so excited as I’ve heard such good things! The service was amazing with everyone so helpful! The woman working the counter was exceptionally nice and helped us order just what we wanted!! So welcoming! The lemon pepper chicken was probably some of the best I’ve had… definitely up there with grandmas! White meat wasn’t dry and the flavor slapped!! Definitely coming back!!! Thank you Harold’s for an amazing experience!"

"We stopped in on a Saturday night, being big fans of Harold's chicken in Chicago, we thought we'd give it a try. The guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! I had the 3 piece dark and my wife had catfish. Wife couldn't finish hers, so u helped. So good!"

"We were passing through Cedar Rapids today and stopped into Harold’s. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 quality and taste of our food. We ordered wing combo, a dark chicken combo, catfish and don’t get me started on their homemade fruit punch. The cashier was friendly and beautiful. The kitchen staff was friendly as well, giving us extra lemon pepper upon request and they were also very professional and apologetic when we mentioned they shorted us one wing. It is very hard to find customer service of this kind anymore along with fresh flavorful food made to order! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area (bring Harold’s to Des Moines pretty please!!). Thank you all for a wonderful experience.
